On this 3.5-mile, 2.5-hour hike from Creekside to Hillside and back through the meadow, we will take our time with frequent stops to enjoy and identify the wildflowers, recount traditional uses of plants we encounter, and catch our breath on the uphills.
Meet outside the Visitor Center. Wear hiking shoes, layers appropriate for weather, bring water, a camera, and wildflower guides if you have one.
The walk is $10 and limited to 12 participants. We’ll be observing County Health orders including mask-wearing and physical distancing. Heavy rain or wind cancels and will be announced by 9AM the day of the hike.
