medicinal herbs are not available, essential oils offer a way to use the many benefits of the plant medicines. Learn how you can harness these benefits of natural plant essences in their most potent and pure form.

There will be hands on activities and each person will take home a small essential oil bottle with a custom blend

Tina Tedesco, a long-time local herbalist, grows her own medicinal herbs and makes variety of herbal products. She is also a certified Reiki Master and incorporates shamanic energy healing into her work. Tedesco has a practice at the Sonoma Holistic Center. Herbal medicine is one of her greatest passions and she is eager to share it with all workshop participants!
